A green and drizzly afternoon in Avondale, Pennsylvania. Rolling hills and the perfect, giant oak tree to sit the ceremony under. A first look at the wedding dress for the groom, but also dad (cue teary eyes!). Bagpipes and classy bridesmaids in black. A brief appearance by the "Pope". Choreographed dance by the groom and mom. A live band, delicious food, and dancing all through the night! Should I go on? Annabelle and Brad's wedding day, following their LDS temple sealing in New York was the wedding of all weddings!

Annabelle's custom dress by Modern Trousseau via Alta Moda Bridal in Utah was one of my favorite elements of the night FOR SURE. Hashtag so classy. Oh, and if you're wondering about the Pope... this was back in September when the Pope made his internationally recognized visit to Philadelphia - the SAME weekend at Annabelle's wedding. Hotels were scarce and traffic was threatening. He was nice enough to stop by to congratulate the happy couple by way of cardboard cut out. ;)
